Clothing for preterm babies
The Preemie clothing collection combines an array of practical and functional details specifically developed for preterm babies. With no inseams causing discomfort, our preemie clothes are gentle on the tiny patients’ skin and avoid pressure points. A fine cotton/microfibre mix makes every piece of clothing pleasantly soft, breathable, and highly wear resistant. Additionally, our bodysuits feature an antimicrobial effect permanently integrated into the textile fibre that has been certified as absolutely skin compatible.
As smooth as a second skin and comfortable to get into, our bodysuits and rompers support the minimum handling approach to daily NICU care – thus minimising stress when turning the infant and changing diapers. A side opening facilitates the attachment of measurement instruments and medical supply tubing.
BiliSwaddler®, phototherapy with fiberoptic lightpads
BiliSwaddler alows you to practise development-promoting care practically anywhere, whenever it is in the newborn intensive care unit, nursery or at home. During the therapy session, the baby can be breast fed or held without it impairing on the bonding between the infant and parents. One Swaddler size for all commonly used phototherapy fiber optic pads such as GE Healthcare, Natus Medical, Atom Medical etc.
Soft cushioning (3D knit fabric) for pressure relief and support of moisture management for optimum climatic control. BiliSwaddler can be used in a baby bed or in the arms of a caregiver (kangaroo care). Innovative Interlock-fabric (80% CO, 20% PES Trevira bioactive®) with a permananet antimicrobial effect is gentle and prevents skin irritation. Please use appropriate eye-protection during photo therapy sessions.
