The syringe infusion pump from arcomed´s Chroma Series is an all-in-one infusion pump that meets all your anaesthesia needs. Syramed can be used as a total intravenous anaesthesia pump (TIVA) or target controlled infusion pump (TCI) in the OR. It can follow the patient to the recovery room and be used as a patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump or be used as a standard infusion pump in the ICU and in general wards – and more.
Syringe pumps are used to administer medication that have very small hourly volumes. Syramed high-quality syringe infusion pump improves patient treatment by increasing safety in procedures and simplifying workflow for nurses. Syramed is user-friendly and intuitive and fulfil the sophisticated needs of hospitals with the same external shape, interface, design and functionality for both syringe and volumetric pumps. Syringe infusion pumps from arcomed are known for simple construction and user-friendly core features when delivering continuous and very specific amounts of fluids at the rates the patient acquires
Target-Controlled Infusion (TCI) – Total Intravenous Anesthesia (TIVA)
arcomed pumps employ the most advanced possibilities in intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA – TCI). Including automated calculation of infusion flow rate, based on the patient’s biomedical parameters – a huge step forward in safety.
PIEB Programmed Intermittent Epidural Bolus
Based on the latest scientific and clinical evidence for advanced epidural anaesthesia that combines intermittent bolus, PCA patient bolus and automatic lockout time limit. This allows an improved distribution of the local anaesthesia in the epidural space which means a higher analgesic bolus effect.
Bolustocolysis
arcomed pumps employ the most advanced possibilities in intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA – TCI). Including automated calculation of infusion flow rate, based on the patient’s biomedical parameters – a huge step forward in safety.
Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) – Patient-Controlled Epidural Analgesia (PCEA) – Patient-Controlled Sedation (PCS)
Why not involve the patient while s/he is awake in decisions about bolus drug delivery, based upon his/her pain perception? Consideration of this factor whilst maintaining the highest safety standards has been arcomed´s priority in the development of our PCA/PCEA/PCS pumps.
Thanks to patient-controlled anaesthesia systems (PCA), patients can control how their pain is relieved. Normally, healthcare professionals will prescribe this type of treatment to enable the patient to use arcomed’s devices in order to administer small doses of medication as needed.
Infusion pumps by arcomed are set up to administer the prescribed dose of medication in each case. The patient just presses the button on the device in order to release the dose required, whenever he or she is suffering pain.
The system will keep a bolus history log, so that doctors and nurses can keep track of the medication administered to the patient.
The medication is administered intravenously using infusion solutions by arcomed such as syringes, cannulas, IV sets or oncology sets.
These systems are suitable for both general ward rooms and labour ward rooms, as the infusion pumps can be tailored to your specific needs.
An entirely new certified infusion device for use in hyperbaric environments, avoiding false alarms and the risks of inaccurate infusions under extreme pressure and oxygen conditions. The pressure changes during compression and decompression phases may cause significant changes in the syringe function of normal infusion pumps leading to cessation of drug delivery or excessive drug delivery.
These changes in volume delivered may cause clinically important effects especially when administering vasoactive or sedative drugs to critically ill patients leading to hemodynamic instability. The use of this device will help you to avoid these complications and provide a safer and higher quality of care at your facility. This is a future-ready device equipped with a powerful software application which allows multiple combinations of, and modifications to, all available functions according to your particular needs.
Thanks to the large, easy-to-read screens, the intravenous infusion pumps are the perfect solution for your health professionals. The small but robust design with built-in handle makes the pumps mobile. The long battery life (between 6 and 10 hours) means that intravenous infusion pumps by arcomed are convenient to use.
The touchscreen on the infusion pumps include short-cuts on the home screen. Tactile display and shortcuts are the two main characteristics appreciated by healthcare professionals: they quickly and easily find the function they need through the icon-based navigation. The devices can be tailored to the needs of a specific care unit or healthcare professional. And of course, they can be used with gloves on.
Our infusion pumps have cutting-edge technological features in order to take care of the youngest patients. From adjustable pressure limits to adjustable air limits, our entire range of neonatal infusion pumps seek to provide the best protection for the smallest of patients. These pumps offer secure syringe loading to ensure immediate start on low rates and the dose-error-reduction system guarantees the proper administration of infusion therapies.
Oncology treatments require a specific infusion solution, which enhances safety for the patient and for the clinical staff as well. The combination of a simple-to-use pump with a user-friendly interface, with a wide range of closed system disposables made out of the latest material arcomedPP, that has proven the best performance with regards to the sorption process, allow the users to step into a new era of safety and clinical excellence.
UniQueSHIELD™
Robust, solid shield avoids artefacts on MRI image and give healthcare professionals good visibility of pumps at a distance. The MRI shield comes in various and includes an arcomed Docking Station for convenient handling of pumps. Maintenance-free.
UniQueCONCEPT™
The revolutionary infusion data management system (IDMS), increases patient safety, simplifies workflow processes and enhances your hospital’s legal certainty. The sophisticated, but easy-to-use bar code technology improves patient safety. The right patient receives the right medication at the right dose; therefore, medication errors are significantly reduced. Central monitoring and alarming provide nurses and doctors with all relevant infusion data —at any time – anywhere in the hospital.

Delivering Confidence and Simplicity during Neuromuscular Blockade
TetraGraph is a quantitative neuromuscular transmission monitor based on electromyography (EMG). The TetraGraph monitor stimulates, measures, analyzes and displays muscle function in surgical patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs). NMBAs are used in almost 50% of surgical cases. Inadequate reversal of NMBAs can lead to residual neuromuscular blockade (RNMB). RNMB delays recovery and can lead to life-threatening complications. To prevent complications, quantitative neuromuscular monitoring is rapidly becoming the standard of care when NMBAs are administered.
Anesthesia breathing circuit and kits
Limb-O™ single limb anesthesia breathing circuit and kits. Each Limb-O™ circuit is divided by a flexible septum running the length of the tube. Limb-O™ effectively transfers heat from the expiratory to the inspiratory side of the circuit. Increased thermal efficiency rates during surgery keeps gases warm and body temperature normothermic.
Less weight means less torque on the ET tube and less plastic is being used. Decreased compliance helps lead to accurate delivered volume. Accomplish more with less as the single limb design services pediatric through adult patients. Limb-O™ as all Vyaire circuits are made without latex.
BiliSwaddler®, phototherapy with fiberoptic lightpads
BiliSwaddler alows you to practise development-promoting care practically anywhere, whenever it is in the newborn intensive care unit, nursery or at home. During the therapy session, the baby can be breast fed or held without it impairing on the bonding between the infant and parents. One Swaddler size for all commonly used phototherapy fiber optic pads such as GE Healthcare, Natus Medical, Atom Medical etc.
Soft cushioning (3D knit fabric) for pressure relief and support of moisture management for optimum climatic control. BiliSwaddler can be used in a baby bed or in the arms of a caregiver (kangaroo care). Innovative Interlock-fabric (80% CO, 20% PES Trevira bioactive®) with a permananet antimicrobial effect is gentle and prevents skin irritation. Please use appropriate eye-protection during photo therapy sessions.
